Refund and exchange policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read our returns policy carefully.

Custom & Personalized Items

• All custom, made-to-order, or personalized products (including apparel with logos, names, or custom designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

• Please double-check all spellings, colours, sizes, and design details before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We may request photos of the item to confirm the issue.

• If the error is ours, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Custom/Standard Items

• For non-custom items (e.g., blank apparel, general craft supplies), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
