Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, made-to-order, or personalized products (including apparel with logos, names, or custom designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Please double-check all spellings, colours, sizes, and design details before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos of the item to confirm the issue.

If the error is ours, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Custom/Standard Items

For non-custom items (e.g., blank apparel, general craft supplies), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
